From the call center to the pick up crew, this company was amazing! Sara at the call center was patient and helpful setting up my appointment. Francisco and Rueben, the pick up crew, were very friendly and professional. It’s so nice to have people who care about how they do their job! We got a text with an ETA from the driver 30 minutes out, and then we got another text with the picture of the driver stating they were on their way. That was very reassuring in this day and age! They even cleaned up after they took the stuff! Would highly recommend Rubbish Works if you have anything that needs to be hauled away.
