IMPORTANT LOADING & WEIGHT RESTRICTIONS: Rubbish Works containers have a 4 ton weight capacity. If you exceed this limit additional charges apply for overloading a container. Limited heavy debris such as dirt, rock, sod, and concrete can cause a container to be over weight.


What materials are acceptable?

Rubbish Works will dispose of most non-hazardous materials such as construction debris, demolition or renovation debris, green yard debris, household debris, furniture, scrap metal etc...
Note: We can also make special arrangements with our on-demand service to ensure the proper disposal for items such as, kitchen appliances, refrigerators/freezers, televisions, computers, and tires.


What material are unacceptable?

We cannot take hazardous materials such as chemicals, gasoline, oils, solvents, car batteries, asbestos, propane tanks, or any type of toxic or biological waste.
Note: We can also make special arrangements with our on-demand service to ensure the proper disposal for items such as, kitchen appliances, refrigerators/freezers, televisions, computers, and tires.


What payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, company or personal check.



How high can I load the bin?

We ask that you load your materials only to the top of the wall edge. If overloading occurs, additional charges may be assessed, as per our rental contract. If the materials are loaded to an unsafe level, the bin will be unloaded accordingly.


Can I move the bin?

No. Any damage that is not normal wear and tear will be the responsibility of the client. For a reasonable fee, we will move the bin if it is required.


How much notice do you require when I want to rent a bin?

We will do our best to accommodate your schedule. We can often supply a bin on the same day that you call, or on the following day. We will also hold a bin for you for a specific date within a reasonable time frame.


How do you charge?

The pricing for our services is dependant upon the size of bin required, the type of materials, driving distance, and the volume and weight of material as determined by the appropriate transfer station. Please contact us for detailed rates.


What happens if I need the bin for a longer period of time than I originally thought?

We pride ourselves on customer service, and will do our best to accommodate you.

We generally work 8 AM -6 PM up to seven days a week.


Is Rubbish Works insured?

Yes. We are fully covered with the Worker's Compensation, General Liability Insurance, and Commercial Automobile Insurance.

The Washington State Utilities and Transportation Commission has ruled we are not licensed to deliver roll-off containers to residential customers.  However, we are licensed to deliver containers to commercial job sites.  So, have your contractor give us a call.  We apologize for any inconvenience.
