Our residential jobs are usually customers looking for demolition work on a kitchen, bathroom or bedroom during a remodel. These demolition projects are smaller one or two-day jobs that involve the removal of flooring, fixtures, walls, cabinets, drywall or appliances.
Commercial jobs are more focused on furniture, cubicles, carpet, walls and other miscellaneous that need to be removed before a property is sold or leased. In some situations, the new tenant or owner will modify the existing space before moving into the property.
We have worked with a large number of customers doing demolition work. Our crew has seen just about any type of demolition project. From tearing out shelving to taking out non-load bearing walls, we can handle most of your light demolition projects.
As with all of our pick-ups, our online system allows you to schedule a pick-up time in as few as four clicks. Then a two-person crew will come to your property, give you a fixed price quote for removing your demolition debris and hauling everything away. Many of the demolition projects we do require longer than our standard one hour allowance for the job. In these cases, we charge a very competitive rate for the additional labor for the demolition project.
We can take most items from your home or business but there are a few things we are not able to. If you happen to have something that is not on the list just give us a call and ask if we can remove it for you.
Pricing for light demolition and hauling jobs includes the demolition, loading, hauling, disposal or recycling fees. We charge by the size of the job and the volume of the debris hauled in the truck, so the price that we quote depends on the size of the demolition job as we’ll as the size of the load being hauled.
