How Does the On Demand Process Work?
At Rubbish Works, our goal is to make our service easy to use with no surprises. Below is a step by step process outlining how the process works. To smoothly and successfully schedule your on demand junk removal service request, please pay close attention to steps where information is required from you.
Step 1: Schedule On Demand Service

- Follow scheduling pages
- Receive email confirmation

Step 2: Onsite Estimate
We Call Ahead
- Our drivers call 20-30 minutes prior arrival
- Customer must be onsite unless arrangements are made in advance
Estimate Creation
- Tell our crew about your project
- Crew provides onsite quote
- Estimate is based on the volume and content of debris to be loaded into our truck; if surcharges apply they are advised upfront
Accept Estimate
- Review estimate, ask questions
- Work can begin once estimate is approved
- Crew comes prepared to remove your rubbish during the scheduled window
Step 3: Load and Haul Rubbish
Labor Included
- We send two crew members in a dump truck so we can load items of any size
- The rubbish can be removed from anywhere inside or outside your home or business
Hauling Included
- Our trucks can hold 18 cubic yards of debris – that’s 8 pickup loads
- Heavy or small items like dirt, brick, etc. have a 2 cubic yard limit due to excessive weight
Collect Payment
- Once the job is completed to your satisfaction, payment is collected onsite unless arrangements are made in advance
- We accept Checks and all major Credit Cards
