Hi, my name is Michael Hartfield, the local operator of Rubbish Works in San Antonio. My goal is simply to be the provider of choice when it comes to removing rubbish for both commercial and residential customers.

Rubbish Works offers a premier service that understands your needs.  We provide a free, upfront estimate before quickly and efficiently removing your unwanted items which we then recycle and donate whenever possible.  Aside from excellent customer service, we are committed to the environment, and make all efforts to professionally and responsibly dispose rubbish.

My background is in human resource executive management, most recently as head of executive compensation at USAA.  This organization is known throughout the country for delivering superior customer service. My significant professional experience with USAA serves as a key advantage in attracting and retaining the type of people you would feel comfortable having on your property. Our primary objective is to find customer service oriented crew members and train them to exceed your expectations. Oh, and we require them to be safe drivers, too!

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my wife and children. We are actively involved with our church. We also love music, watch football at all levels, and are big Spurs fans. With any spare time that remains, I hit the golf course.
