We are called to serve.  Ok, sometimes you click to have us serve you.  Either way, you might think that it is a simple transaction:  Junk crew shows up and removes your unwanted items.  At a certain level, I'd have to agree...and then some jobs just touch customer and crew in a different way;  that's why I've always said that junk removal is personal, sometimes intensely so, so please choose wisely with whom you share your unwanted things...read on for the rest of this incredible story!
