I am Janet Lindgren.  I own the Rubbish Works operations for Williamson County and North Austin.

Our team provides residential and commercial customers in Williamson County and North Austin with professional, on-time, and responsible removal of unwanted items.  To the fullest extent possible collected items are donated and materials are recycled.  The landfill is our choice of last resort.  In all cases, everything is disposed of professionally, safely and appropriately.

My husband and I have backgrounds include business ownership, operations management, human resources management, customer relations, and sales.  Through our careers, we have had direct responsibility for providing every aspect of customer service… and are particularly proud of our team in that respect.

Jody Rayburn and Caleb Roberts manage our core services.  They bring property make-ready, roofing, painting, construction and appliance installation experience. My husband and I moved to Houston in 2000 from Pittsburgh, and then relocated to Central Texas in 2003… and fell in love with it.  We became active in our church and local philanthropic organizations.

Hello,  my name is Kevin Clowes and I am your local operator for Rubbish Works serving communities in Travis, Bastrop, and Hays counties.  These communities include:  central and south Austin, Bee Cave, Briarcliff, Creedmor, Elgin, Lakeway, Manor, Pflugerville, Rollingwood, San Leanna, Sunset Valley, Webberville, and West Lake Hills.    My goal is to be your provider of choice for your rubbish removal needs, both residential and commercial needs.

Rubbish Works’ services can be tailored to meet your specific needs and preferences.  We provide free estimates for our services upfront.   Services provided include the collection and removal of rubbish by our crew, light demolition and removal, and/or the delivery of 20 yd. containers, which are retrieved at a later time.    You may order and schedule these services by phone or online.  You will find our team to be professional, on-time, and, above all, safe as they perform their work in providing the foremost rubbish removal service the Austin area.   We are committed to providing you a most satisfying experience when your choose us to meet your rubbish removal needs, while making every effort to donate and recycle your rubbish.

My background includes more than thirty years of management and leadership experience, primarily in high technology.   More recent business experiences have included operations management, business development, and customer relationship management.    I wanted to draw upon this experience through the operation of this business, providing needed services and wonderful service experiences to our customers and communities.

I moved to the Austin area more than 25 years ago and fell in love with the area, the quality of life  afforded, and the ‘friendliness’/sense of community.   It has been a great place to live, work, and raise two wonderful children.  Not surprising for this area, a variety of outdoor and community activities are enjoyed with family, friends, and pets.   These activities include boating, swimming(floating), golf, gardening (mostly herb), local events/arts, and, of course, outdoor cooking (a.k.a. barbequing).   The family has been involved in a variety of community activities and organizations.  Most recently I have been serving as a founding board member for HIREDTexas, a non-profit organization formed to facilitate career transitions for unemployed and underemployed individuals in Central Texas.
